The tour will introduce to the finest and often simplest Italian foods-beginning at the local food shops with Simonetta or Paola, who are passionate food enthusiast. You will discover with us Italian cheeses, salami, prosciutto, vegetables, fruit as well as some artisan products. Followed by a guided visit to a winery or a wine shop where you will learn all about wines, from their origin including about Italian olive oil with explanations on the varieties of olive trees, olive harvest, olive oil production. At the end of the tour, we head back to Podere Le Rose (Toscana Mia home) to enjoy a very special food and wine tasting with typical Italian products
