Description
The hands-on course covers traditional, home-style Tuscan and Italian recipes to enjoy the wonderfully intense flavours & freshness of traditional Italian dishes cooked in an evocative stone farmhouse in the hills of Chianti, surrounded by vineyard & olivegroves. The classes are held in a friendly atmosphere. With two girls in the house we have always had kids around us and the easiest way to entertain them has been: cooking. Preparing the dough, kneading, stirring, baking. Adults and kids can cook together very well and it may happen that kids are the best cooks. Every dough is loved: fresh pasta with eggs, gnocchi and biscotti, pizza, focaccia and an entire meal will be prepared.
